Broken automated pricing bots, I expect. The sold items were at <$10, before the price was increased.
Usually when you see this kind of thing it's the result of a bot fight between two bots programmed to do the same thing. If both are monitoring the prices of similar items on Ebay and then increasing their prices slightly to be marginally more expensive than the average, you can easily get into a cycle where each time one puts the price up, the other sees it and responds. Rinse and repeat until you have a five thousand dollar keychain.
The price was $5,555, though, so perhaps it's just a typo.

Yup, I bought a CF license plate frame for $20, then it was relisted by the seller it was at $115 or so.
